As the weeks and months go on, and I’m creating, filming, and writing up another new course, I am so grateful and excited to have made so many new caking buddies throughout this whole lockdown period and beyond.
Launching The Online Sculpting School took a lot – but I had so much love and support from my awesome students that developing another new course, full of new techniques, skills, fun and excitement is the least I could do to keep you all busy and sculpting!
And here he is –
The Bath-time Elephant.
Isn’t he cute?!
Amongst many other skills and techniques, we get to *very carefully* experiment with Isomalt beads – this is what makes his ‘splash’ – have you used this before? Isomalt is burning hot sugar – so being super careful at this stage is very important! But, FEAR NOT – as always, I guide my students through every breath and step of the journey and sculpt.
You’ve got to be a bit intrigued, right?
Here’s an up-close piccy –
look at those eyes..
and the splash!
If you fancy coming along for this ‘splish-splashing’ journey, just click here for all the details – and if you have any questions, get in touch – I’d love to hear from you. Literally; hearing from fellow bakers is one of my favourite things!!!
