Ashley and Anushka chose the stunning Asheridge House set in the middle of the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside for their sublime Autumn wedding.

Their wedding colours were shades of pastel blue and lavender and they wanted these reflected in their wedding cake, They also loved the look of gold leaf and all white avalanche roses.

Together we came up with this beautiful 6 tier design with an extended double height mid-tier washed in edible watercolour. The colour was also threaded through the 4 other tiers to bring the theme together. 24 carat gold leaf added a regal touch whilst 9 oversized white sugar roses softened the edges and added a little femininity . It stood incredibly proudly on the grand double sweep staircase of the main reception area.

The flavours they chose were salted caramel and lemon and blackberry.

I think it came to life just beautifully and as I left it was drawing quite the crowd all of whom got their cameras and phones out to photograph it in it’s regal surroundings.

Thank you for trusting me with your cake Ashley and Anushka, you both looked stunning and the smiles on your face when you saw you cake was a dream come true for me. <3
